The Ardonagh Group announces that its Board has approved the appointment of Matt Raino as an Investor Director on the Board. This appointment has received regulatory approval.

Matt joins The Ardonagh Group Board as an Investor representative of Madison Dearborn Partners (“MDP”).
Matt is a Managing Director on the MDP Financial & Transaction Services team. Prior to joining MDP, Matt was with Credit Suisse First Boston and with MDP as an Associate for two years. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Ankura Consulting Group, EVO Payments International and NFP Corp.
